Who stopped the rain....?

We have had the wetest summer in 200 years! Fields can´t absorbe another drop, houses have now swimming pools in the basements, and I woke up to this... 

My road and front garden, gone! I now need a dingy to get in and out! Oh, and no electricity in half of the house. And then people on the other side of the world are dying of thirst....Come on, Get Smart Universe!
