On a trip to Canada, I was introduced to the wonderful world of Creative Art Journaling. Thank you Fran. So now, I am a journaler! So much so, that I now hosts Weekend Retreats and workshops, sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm with others. I journal every day, despite a full time job as a therapist and mediator. My background as an art teacher has lent it self to the more theoretical side of the process, working with color and perspective etc. On the more personal side of journaling, I truly benefit enormously from sitting down, and being still, emptying my mind, and focus on the process not the result, as other art forms tend to do. Mindfulness. I am very grateful to the huge, friendly international community, that Creative Art Journalers from all over the world have included me in. Creative Art Journaling are now putting its mark on Denmark.
My painting has also taken off over the last two years, with exhibitions and workshops.
Adding to all that, Collage and Mono printing is filling my workshop teaching calender also.
Art is life!
