Journal Page Swap April

Finished my pages for the April Page Swap. "Make a Wish" and "Childlike dreams". Used the sewing machine for the last details!

Easter Sunday.

 My mom came out to visit and we went for a long walk on the dike, and had our afternoon thermos coffee in the sun. And as an Easter treat, Danish Pastries!

 Will she drop a piece...?

Yes, I was there as well, enjoying the shelter from the dike! And yes, this is how close I am from the sea, looking south towards Germany.

Okay time to plan, not just the big case for traveling, but more importently, the little one!  What would you put in your Journaling Travel Kit?

Field Notes No. 3 & 4

Woke up at 5 am! What do you do when you can´t sleep? I Journal! Used my newest stamp "Field Notes" Like the blue background, comes in a bottle, Radiant Rain! Bought it, thinking it was ink...it´s watercolour, and promises a whole lot of fun effects, which I do not see!  But nice shade of blue.

Nest building.

Today has been all about birds, birdhouses and gifts. Palma send me two sardine tins from Italy, for me to try out Mary´s Tin Can altering. Wanted to make a birdhouse for Anna, for the launch of her Birdhouse lithography series, and this is how it ended up. A little nest-building for A and A. The crows inside disappered behind the egg, -maybe I will put some on the outside.....?

I was given this beautiful lithography for my christmas. One of Anna´s first in, her Birdhouse series. She has just today, made a new site, showing and selling her work. Very exciting, and a proud -tillykke- from me. She is at this very moment selling her works in Leith in Edinburgh, at a really nice Art Fair. Wishing you lots of sales ;-)
